3. Client Responsibilities

  • Adhering to Care Plans: Cooperation with the agreed care plan is essential to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Home Safety: Any changes to the home environment must adhere to our safety standards to ensure a secure care setting.

4. Fees and Payment

  • Fees: Care costs are outlined in your individual service agreement and may be subject to revision with prior notice.
  • Payment Terms: Payments must be made in accordance with the agreed terms. Late payments may incur additional fees.

  • By Client: You may terminate services by providing notice, as set out in your care agreement.
  • By JNJ Health Ltd: We reserve the right to terminate services in cases of contract breaches or where we can no longer meet the client’s care needs.

7. Liability

  • Service Standards: We are committed to delivering high standards of care but cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
  • Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential losses related to the use of our services.

8. Complaints and Disputes
